I finally understand what the word "TOWANDA" means. LisaOnline - Thank you for having it in your profile!!! I am quoting the following from LisaOnline's profile for all of you that were wondering but didn't quite know who to ask:
"TOWANDA is attitude, a way of life to gain what is required to feel good about oneself and is worth the effort. Loving and taking care of one self by stepping outside of guilt, shame or from what ever place you do not want to be. Come from your power, not your weakness, accept yourself as you are right now, not taking oneself so seriously or be too hard on oneself. Be kind to yourself. Did you ever see "Fried Green Tomatoes"?
