Ran 1.5 mi yesterday and today at 5mph = 12mm. Go me. I don't know what are realistic running goals. But, I hope to be running 6mph/10mm by 4/1/. I also need to increase my lengh. Currently, the longest I've run at my top speed is 1.5mi. I'd like to increase that to 5mi in one months time. I think once I get to the speed of 6mph I would like to really focus on increasing my distance.

Don't really have any weight loss. Minor splurges here and there are doing me in, I think. Maybe they aren't so minor. Oh, well. Over all I am feeling good about my food choices.

It is also lent. No meat on Fridays. I'm thinking I would like to do a week of vegan eating, just to get some sacrifice in this season. I don't think 'no chocolate' is really good enough for lent. But, I haven't really figured it out yet.
