Lost another 2 pounds this week and someone told me I looked like I had lost weight and she didn't know I was dieting so that is always inspiring!!! I am going out of town this weekend and kind of worried about what this means for my diet for the next 3 days since I will be eating out just about every single meal. I am going to try my hardest to stick to the most healthy items on the menu but will be ok if I maintain the weight this week!!!
