so first week since i started weight has gone up,,, but then ive now new scales and realized its best not to put scales on carpet, as its a false reading from beginning.... beat start from today again...🙂

Baz...some other wise man on here said he had a 'favoutite tile' that he sat his scales on....that's the only reason I figured out why I was getting different readings! We all do it, don't worry about it ❤️

I think it's better to focus not on weight, but on volume. You work out in the gym, the weight can be more sometimes after powerlifting
