assessment:
yesterday my knee hurt. Had a long night sleep (11 hours, sorry NM) and my knee feels fine, but i will have to take it easy on the bike. I want to challenge myself but i don't want a long term injury...

My muscles feel fine though,

my elbows and butt are a bit raw.

12 o'clock i will get up again and see what happens, but for those of you who betted the 7th day, you might find out you are right because of knee...

@jparlet have taken my selleroyal-saddle from my outdoor bike. It is desinged specially for the woman-form. If you are interested i'll send you PM. I do not like cycle-pants. Since i lost so much weight there is loose skin between my legs, and if i dont pack it tight with tight underpants i sit on it constantly :( *** @Gnewfry riding outside was really fun, i'll try that again today because the tour is going to be long and boring again...
