Went over my calorie limit today. I was so exhausted and so hungry by the time I got home after that thirteen hour shift that I went straight for the brownies while heating up leftovers.
I don't wanna beat myself up over it though. I'm just gonna keep at this. I'm already starting to feel better, plus my scrubs were so loose on me today! :D
On to the exercise log:
- hit 12000 steps like I always do on work days - used the stairs to the 5th floor. I noticed that even though my legs hated going up the stairs, I didn't feel out of breath once I reached the 5th floor. I thought that was pretty awesome :)
