I am only 4 lbs away from my first big goal. I am so determined now to get to it. I am making a promise to myself to get to this goal by the end of April and that's it. I did good today with my calorie intake, even though I indulged a little. Note to self: stay away from pregnant friends, they are a bad influence.

1551 kkal Lemak: 41,15g | Prot: 86,98g | Karb: 202,79g.   Makan Pagi: special K berries, Milk 2%. Makan Siang: apple sauce, michelina alfredo. Makan Malam: parmesan cheese kraft, mozzarella, light sauce, linguine, Chicken breast. Camilan/Lainnya: starbucks dolce, starbucks pound cake. lagi...

It is April 13th, you want to lose that 4 pounds by the end of the month. That is doable. I am so rooting for you. I understand about the pregnant friends. LOL

Hey Lady, Your profile popped up on the home page and I thought that was an interesting photo so I clicked on. So Ms. NJ now NC. I moved down from NY myself last June. It is truly an adjustment. Everyday I'm like "can we go back to NY?" Then I give myself a reality check and look at the NY housing market. Well I see that you are reaching your goals so best wishes to you and keep up the good work! I walked past a full length mirror yesterday and said "who in the h*ll put this fat suit on me?!?!?" And the answer is me. So, I'm about to unzip and free the real me. Don't be a stranger ;-) ~Nettie

You can lose 4 lbs in 3 weeks, no problem.. Just a tip, watch the sodium intake because it adds water weight..

Thanks Shia...I've actually been paying closer attention to that lately. I need to really start preparing my own food and cut the frozen lean meals down to like 2 per week.

congrats! you are doing so great! I'm so happy for you. and keep doing what you are doing. we gotta get some of this weight off be summer starts :) and i know we will.
