Got up this morning feeling fresh and ready for action, did a little warming up because the mechanic made some last minutes changes on my bike i had to try out, bike makes hardly any noise now, great!!!

Ready to get started in about 20 minutes, official start in 40. Some nice short climbs that will give my butt a bit of rest, really looking forward to this day.

Beats sitting down with a bag of chips!

sure i watch, and i follow on my app, and i speed up at the sprint, and i stand up and heigthen the resistance at the climbs... i like watching the tour like this better then i ever had...truly
