Happy Monday!! I had an enjoyable weekend and now I must readjust to the work week! I'm still below 200 .... barely .... normal scale fluctuations. I did well with eating out. May not have captured all the calories but close I think. I nearly wore myself out yesterday on my elliptical. I had a movie from netflix that was 1 hr. and 50 minutes and watched the whole darn thing. I'm sore today!! Maybe that's why I'm up .4 lbs ... my muscles are sore and now weigh more!! LOL!!! Life is good and I'm going to simply keep putting one foot in front of the other! I hope all you good buddies have a pleasant day ... I look forward to hearing how your journeys are going!
