As I was working out this morning I wondered what was I doing wrong. I was back and forth with one pound. I had lost weight this way before but something wasn't right, and then it clicked, I had lowered my RDI but not enough. So now I'm a week behind everyone. Now I've lowered my rdi and I'll try again. I have some catching up to do and confident I can.
