Well I had a loss! My muscles are sore from my new class I took yesterday. Thankfully the spot in my back that I tweaked yesterday is not so bad. It was in my right ribs.. and with my bad back history I was kinda freaked out about it.. I am not happy with it but I am no longer in "OMGOMGOMG" freak out mode. I am really proud of the choices I have made. I am going to keep with them. :) Have a great day people!
