Today was a bad, bad, bad day for eating, I totally jumped off the wagon. It one of those days were you just sat around and thought about what would be good to eat. None of the thoughts were of health food all were fast processed full of fat food, and I went there. It started out not that bad. Pasta with peppers mushrooms and sause, sauages (not great high fat intake) 2 bowls of this. Bad but not earth shattering. Then came the tag-a-longs (my wife got me about a week ago) just after lunch time. 10 of those later I was still looking for something to eat. Then the really really bad thought entered my brain. McDonald's That was were the jump happened went an got an angus Mushroom berger with large fries, And that completed my jump then went to sleep. No I feel like road kill and watching my food intake is down the drain, BUT there is all way tommrow to bring a new day. Now that this a out of my system maybe thing can get back on track. I will still weight in today and see how things go and I will hit the gym like I have been so just a miner set back but just something I have to keep in mind. Sad at the past but happy about the future. :)
