So yesterday was a fun day.. my MIL watched the kids and my husband and I went out to eat and to the movies.. I would say I did great.. but I made one food decision that I regret. So I tried to eat really light for breakfast and lunch.. and I did.. then at the movies.. had no candy, no popcorn and no soda.. not even diet soda. We went to an old school steak house that had the best prime rib I have ever had. I got the 8 oz cut. I did not eat any of the fat (prime ribbers know what I am saying), I ordered the twice baked potato it was awful so I did not eat it. I had only one roll (I wanted eat more) I had french onion soup.. it was tasty.. I had no cocktails. just iced tea and h20, but then we got dessert.. and that is not where I made my mistake.. the problem was I ordered key lime pie (which I love).. and it was not good.. but I ate it anyway.. wth.. why did I eat it anyway.. I would have been totally happy with all of my choices had not not eaten more than 2 bites of that crappy pie. Next time I will not eat a crappy dessert. So anyway.. it was a great night with one minor slip up. All is fine. :)

i was just going to say dont dwell on the pie it sounds like you did wonderful for the rest of the day and i'm sure that will show on the scale ^^

I agree with Selina. You had an awesome day besides the pie. Get right back on track. Don't weigh for a few days because the scale may show a false gain, and your body will never be the wiser to it. :D

The only key lime I like so far is the Activia Yogurt. You will be ok. I don't think a piece of pie will be so bad if you were good all day.
