Back to last Saturday's weigh-in weight. So ... now I wait and see if I am going to stay here, fluctuate up again, or actually get below 200!! Such a process ... getting my mind right!! Can't believe it is Thursday already! Yogamama posted before and now pictures on her journal that were simply awesome. I'll have to look and see what I have for pictures. It is so cool to be included in others journeys ... it is inspiring, encouraging, and makes me feel part of a much bigger community of men and women who really KNOW what I'm experiencing.
