Back to last Saturday's weigh-in weight. So ... now I wait and see if I am going to stay here, fluctuate up again, or actually get below 200!! Such a process ... getting my mind right!! Can't believe it is Thursday already! Yogamama posted before and now pictures on her journal that were simply awesome. I'll have to look and see what I have for pictures. It is so cool to be included in others journeys ... it is inspiring, encouraging, and makes me feel part of a much bigger community of men and women who really KNOW what I'm experiencing. Have a great day everyone!!! And, by the way, I FEEL much less "fat" today ... isn't that funny?

I think it is so weird how we can have skinny days and "fat" days. I still am so nervous about taking a photo. I might do that some day soon too. I hope you have a great day.

Yes ... and the "skinny" and "fat" days seem to be without real reason!! Maybe those won't ever go away ... ARGHHHH!! You have a great day too Deanna!!

I also love these before and after photos, it shows us how far some have come and that it can be done. I am taking my loss 10 pounds at a time. I want to get to 150. When I hit 160 I will then change it, so I will be losing the 20 pounds I gained because of traveling. I am 5'9" and for some reason pretty well proportioned but I have always been a walker and that makes a huge difference for whittling the lower half. I just want to be thinner than I am. I do not know how everyone is posting photos on their journals. I know how to get my photo on my page for my bio but am confused about the other. Like what Information does on her journals, how do they do that??? I will have to ask them when I want to post something. I have to check yogamama out. I agree we have such a wonderful group of people here at FS. Have a wonderful tomorrow. :-)
