So this is my fourth day on FatSecret and its really opening my eyes. I love the Food Diary, it makes me very accountable. Now after one day of not exercising I feel like I need to hit the gym extra hard today. I really want to keep up with my summer challenge.

I recalculated my RDI on WebMD after reading a forum about the accuracy of the RDI calculator on FS. It's now set to 1234 and recommended that I need to work out at 30 minutes a day, just like in my challenge. I feel like this is a new day one for me, and as soon as I finish this post I'm going to the gym.
