Last night we had a spontaneous evening with friends which let to a few drinks and Chinese food. I was mindful, however gave myself time to enjoy it. Logged as much as I could guessing some items. It feels good today that I am able to take a night off. This morning oatmeal is on the menu with berries and accurate weighing and measuring continues. I am constantly looking for sustainability in my health. Heading of to the gym soon after breakfast to power up for the week. Hope you all have been having some successes this weekend.
