When I started this weight loss journey, I never imagined that I could get out of the obese category. I just thought I will do the best I can with my physical limitations. I try not to think about my goal weight at all, just take this one day at a time. The days have turned into weeks. The weeks have turned into months. I have come this far, so my goal weight does not seem impossible to me now!

I loved that hurdle when I sailed over it. I went around proudly telling everyone I was Overweight. lol They all thought I was nuts but it felt good to get out of that Obese bracket!

I think that is awesome!! It reminds me to just stick with it. I think we get frustrated and give up when we don't immediately see the weight difference and feel like we never will. Your journey is awesome... you got this!

My intention was 25 pounds and to get out of the pre-diabetic corral. When I hit it, I though, "Why would I stop here?" Congratulations.

You are doing so well look at how healthy you have become! You are off your meds which is great for your liver and kidneys and bodies are so much happier with less weight to carry!
