I have been a bit more active and eating a bit better, not even 1/2 a pound shed. It's very discouraging :(
As of tomorrow I will not be having breads or pastas. See if that helps to atleast jump start something. The weather has been getting better in Newfoundland so hopefully I am able to get out for walks more

walking will do it...I try and get a half hour to an hour in each evening...I lost 30 lbs just from walking and following the diabetic diet because I'm diabetic....it takes a lot of work and commitment but if it's what you want you will do it :)

I loves to walk, and could walk forever. So hopefully the weather smartens up so I can continue to get out. I am giving up bread, pasta and my killer chips so hopefully with that added to the walking I will see some change.
