Went to the doctor today to compare blood work from a few months ago to this month.

Triglycerides 129
LDL 120 High

Doc is good with just letting me drop more weight and checking the numbers again down the road.

Kudos! My HDL/LDL ratio is good but I have not had total cholesterol drop for a few years even with weight loss and a much better diet. Glad something is working for you!
