No workout today just a day or needed rest it feels great but ready of tommrow's workout. Its like my drug when Im not doing it I miss it and after Im finished I start thinking about the next workout. It the best kind of drug there is no harm to your body just helpful and you feel better after its done. Never thought it would get to this point but I love it,love it,love it and love how it is changing my body.

Hi! It is pretty awesome when you are not afraid to workout anymore. I've gone from dreading workouts because it was either so hard to do or I thought I couldn't do it, to loving the workouts. Now the only reason I don't want to work out (on just a few occasions) its not because I don't think I can. Its because I'm just feeling lazy. LOL How are you doing with the weight loss? Have you tried the recumbent bike yet. (I think I spelled that wrong). I love mine. I can work up a good heart rate and seem to exercise longer on it than my treadmill. Anyway, just wanted to say "Hey" and keep up the great work! Rebecca

Hi, Rebecca thanks for the comments during my current training program I do not think my weight is going to come down in big numbers because of my weight lifting program. Its heavry weights with increacing reps 10,15,25. So the fat that I might lose will be replaced by muscles. Im fine with that I just want to see and change in my body type and slow but surely it is happening. Im not a big fan of the bike, Im more of an Elliptical machine that works your upper and lower body. When Im on it I push it pertty hard for the 30 mins. I try to keep my heart rate in the "high" to "peck" range. Thanks once again thanks for the comments and how are things going for you. Ravon
