Maybe try semi-fasting two or three days a week, so that you can eat more the other days, like a 5/2 intermittant fast. Keeping it low cal all the time is how bodies downshift the set point, which makes it harder and harder to lose. Not good. You may need to have some days when you eat more, even if it averages out in the week (like 2000/600) instead of a steady 1300. Just a thought to consider.
