Finally did a 5km run!! Well interval run/walk but I’m so very pleased to reach this milestone! Now I’ll focus on reducing my time at this distance.

When I quit smoking ...the second time... I used to run jog walk a ton to try and shake the cravings. Even frolicked a few times. Its a great feeling! Congrats. :)
