I've had a nother fat % test today down to 11.5% almost at the next goal of 10% body fat just under 3 months to go for the competition in October.
I need to start training outside my comfort zone I've been just training at a comfortable place time to kick things up a notch F.I.T frequently intensity and type of training.
I haven't weighed myself this week I'm just going off what I look like in the mirror.
