Hi how do you calculate the calories for the salad which isn’t on the app?

I weigh & measure everything I eat & use the nutritional information on packaging to calculate how many calories the food contains, So far I haven't found anything vegetable wise that isn't on the app. If however you can't find what you are going to eat, there is the option to add new foods to the app too. Its at the bottom of the page when you scroll down.

On the food app there is a mixed salad bit which pretty much covers everything

Hi My lovely, you know you have whizzed up a bit. But don't disheartened. You can and will get back on track. We are all here for you. You only have to cut down a bit. Try and only eat 3 meals a day, nothing in between and not late at night. If you have left over stuff from Christmas. Do what Jim did for me wait until I was out hide the sweets and biscuits left over and bring them out at Easter it saves on buying too much and if you have friends birthday or something wrap them in birthday paper hay presto present. And you don't eat them. Always eat before food shopping it stops one from snacking. Good luck hope this helps. Merry Mel 🤩.
