Back to work again today. I also hit the gym this morning and had a robust work out. Now my heels are bugging me again. I am such a tenderfoot. Anyone know an easy way to relieve Planter fasciitis besides rest?

eeK! My mom has that too and it is no fun! I wonder if a water aerobics class could get you by until it starts feeling better? Any impact on that has got to be vicous!

My son has it and the podiatrist mad him some good supportive insoles. As I understand it, you need good support and lace up shoes ALL of the time. Hope you feel better. (And thx for the encouragement). :-)

I just went to the Dr yesterday again. He sent me to have soles made like you said. Funny you mentioned them. I got them yesterday, I hope they work.
