Well I heard from someone to not wait to start weight loss later, but today. Still having a hard time losing the weight. I know I have not been recording what I eat. That has to change. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago on the Prism plan. I just do not want to be on a diet for my whole life. I think if I just used a few of the ideas from that plan it might work.

Good for you, getting back on the wagon. As one who has struggled with my weight all my life, I am finding it is not one diet fits all or one diet fits one person for the rest of their life. As I age, I am finding sugar is a big enemy...also my metabolism has the pace of a snail. So, I have to watch my sugar and keep my calories low - and face the facts that this is going to be my life, if I don't want to be obese. Sad, but true. Hang in there.
