So, just for kicks I decided to follow Dr Oz's 2 week rapid weight loss plan. I fully started it on Thursday. So far so good. I made a taco salad all by plan rules for lunch yesterday and it was the size of the plate. Lately, when I start feeling full I stop, but it was soooooo good that I couldn't. Lol. I was really worried when I got on the scale this morning, but dang I dropped two pounds! The only thing I really hate about the plan is the warm lemon water in the morning and the breakfast shake (love fruit just not bananas), but I suffer through. Once the two weeks are up I will probably add more fruit in and maybe a little more meat occasionally, but it seems liveable. Of course, I love my veggies.
