I don't even feel like logging this in. I still don't understand the up down up down. I measure and weight every thing to stay in the 1000-1200 zone. calories burned is always more than consumed. Could I not be eating enough???? Note to self...ugh ugh ugh

You could well not be eating enough. I am 5’8” height and aim for around 1500-1700 calories intake. Don’t overdo the exercise either as that could have the wrong effect. Lastly, how much water are you drinking. I find that I need 10-12 LARGE glasses a day as an optimum…. Particularly in the warmer weather!

Hi I drink tons of water a day. Probably 15-20 8 oz glasses. I carry a 40 oz insulated bottle with me at all times and feel like I'm constantly filling it up. I started following you because I felt like we had similar goals. But you are probably correct in that I'm burning too many calories per day. My nightly walk is a little over 3 miles but on average I walk about 5-7 miles a day. Today is a lazy day...it is too hot and humid to do much
