Wednesday (day 3)

With the extra workout due to the three challenges i could not keep up the insane 1000 kcal scedule... And in my head it really was against all i stand for so yesterday i went up to 1500 kcal.
Today i also do more exercise. so today i will also eat 1500 kcals. Still a nice deficit, if i say so myself.

norm: 1 hour boxing + 6km cycle (slow pace)
ch 1: rest day
ch 2: 10 min. dancing
ch 3: 2 hours swimming (slow pace)

However the spirit is totally back, so i am not afraid i won't loose weight this Friday. Target still well in sight!

A tough. Tired lady... Just trying to prove you dont need much time to fit activities in... Hopefully it will rub off a little!

Lol. Not much time to fit activities in... 3 hours+! Good for you though. 1500 won't hurt you at all. You just keep tracking and working and giving it all enough time to see what's going on and you'll sort out exactly what works for you.

my Nutritionist say that it isn't good to go below 1500 calories

@nm today was exception cus i had to watch son and he wanted to go to pool... Just saying i could also have said haveva nicecday hon and sit at home... @cyd69 your nut. Knows you and your situation best. You should listen to her...

I hear you on the 1000 calories. I am a little worried as once I find myself in the 130s where in order to keep a 500 calorie deficit on days I can't exercise I will have to average around 1000 calories. It's going to be rough, I'm having trouble with getting back down to 1200 right now- I'm just hoping it will work itself out. I think you made the right choice for you though with your activity level. You are doing awesome!
