I don't think IF has had that much to do with my weight loss. For the last couple of days I have been eating a huge bowl of different fruits around 9 or 10am. I do, however think IF has helped me gain some control over eating and preparing the proper foods to consume. In March I weighed 172 and today I weighed in at 151. Idk if 21 pounds in 4 months is doing it right or not. I'll take it though considering I haven't even made an effort to get going to the gym again. Yardwork and pool prep has been my only extra activity. Good news! I just found out our local recreation center considers 60yo to be a senior. Finally my age is paying off. I'll be joining again at less than half the price I used to pay.
