I did the body fat measurement using the calipers again and measured using measure tape and they both show higher bf percentage than last time. So frustrating, I know it's probably due to user error. I follow the directions, but I'm not an expert on doing those. Oh well, I'll just keep on with my goals and doing what I'm doing.
