Getting back on track!! I am sick of being out of shape and unhappy with the way i look and feel....so i am starting the NEW 17 day diet!! I have started reading the book and i am hoping to transform my body and thinking into a healthy fit Momma!!

Anyone else out there working with the 17 day diet to achieve their goals, i would love some "diet" buddies!

I just read your bio, i'm 23 with a 3 year old too! I've never heard of the 17 day diet, what is it?
