Hello, I suffered from an eating disorder eating 200 cals to 500 cals, now I am doing 1300 cals, I feel somewhat guilty when I eat more than the 500 cals a day diet I was used to.

food is fuel for our bodies to keep our muscles and organs, brain etc going☺think of yourself as a car, you put gas and oil in it right😉 practice self care regularly too you are so worth it!

Dearie, what is your height? A goal of 99 seems a bit concerning. As for the other matter, you should never have to feel guilty for eating a proper amount of calories. Sorry if my words come off as offensive, I never mean as such. We are all here for you! 💗💗

Hey, I had an eating disorder and every time I ate fast food I felt guilty about it. But don’t be, as long as your in a calorie deficit, you’ll be good to go

What exactly do you eat on 500 calories a day ? ( not being rude or judging just curious) as my problem is the total opposite 😔

If you eat more you will literally lose weight. Eating 200-500 cal slows your metabolism and makes you gain. Stick to 1300

I am in a similar position... this is a hard road, some days you might feel uncomfortable physically and mentally, but you CAN do this. And you will feel so much better, I promise. Just keep fighting that guilt: declare as many times as you need to "This is GOOD. These calories are GOOD. This weight is GOOD. My eating disorder doesn't control me"
