I eat plain non fat greek yogurt mixed with 1/2 scoop of whey and 1/2 cup blueberries before bed,
it's high in protein and great bedtime snack! I'm dropping weigh! I lost 4.5 pounds this week!

I just logged my weight today because I was embarrassed to put it in last week. I got to within three pounds and then I thought I better do it because weekends are killer for me and it will help me stay on track. Good luck with your journey
