Been off this app for awhile and fell off the wagon sooo back to eating in moderation. NO SNACKING AT NIGHT! I love a challenge and this is it. I'll post when I lose the weight I gained. Start again at my original weight.

I eat plain non fat greek yogurt mixed with 1/2 scoop of whey and 1/2 cup blueberries before bed, it's high in protein and great bedtime snack! I'm dropping weigh! I lost 4.5 pounds this week!

I just logged my weight today because I was embarrassed to put it in last week. I got to within three pounds and then I thought I better do it because weekends are killer for me and it will help me stay on track. Good luck with your journey

Thank you all. Yes I was embarrassed but also felt shame. Gonna kick those aside and gonna get it done. Your support means more than you'll ever know so THANK YOU ALL AGAIN I wish us all good luck!
