Hello, everybody, hope everybody had a great weekend. I had a birthday party to go to complete with ice cream cake. I nibbled on some goodies and had one slice of cake. Im kind of afraid to get on the scale. Maybe I'll wait a week. LOL. I've been exercising pretty good, though everyday along with my weights.

1858 kkal Lemak: 60,23g | Prot: 71,84g | Karb: 261,80g.   Makan Pagi: Mountain Dew Mountain Dew (16 oz), Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese (Canned). Makan Siang: Green Peas (Frozen), Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, Betty Crocker Scalloped Potato Mix, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Makan Malam: Kroger Fat Free Skim Milk with Vitamins A & D, Johnny Rockets BLT. Camilan/Lainnya: Reese's Miniature Peanut Butter Cups, Pepsi Pepsi (20 oz). lagi...
