Wow - you are fasting for a long time per 24 hours. How is intermittent working for you? I am doing it too - but I start eating lunch around 12h30 and have dinner at around 19h00. I stop eating at 20h00.

IF is amazing! I've lost 13.7kg since mid March. I've done 24h and OMAD but since yesterday I'm doing 18:6... Lost 500g this morning 😀

Yes I have carbs... Cheese omelette with asparagus, avocado and egg on toast, green salad with nuts or maybe mixed vegetables with plant protein (meat).
