I am so excited. I have lost 7 lbs. as of this morning and I even ate a little over my calorie count. Today I must stick to it and do a little more workout so it doesn't come to bite me later. I know I can do this I have done it before. My goal has always been 10 lbs. a month but I think this first month it will be 20 since just this week I have lost so much. If I can lose 10 a month and 20 this first month by the end of the year I will have lost enough to be near my goal. I was only 30 lbs. shy of it last time. 30 may seem like a lot but considering how much I lost that was a good thing. One step at a time right now though. Be to 250 by June 1st is the only thing I am aiming for right now. Hope everyone has a good day.
