I have to make sure that this p90x diet doesn't turn into a starvation diet. According to fat secret I ate less than 1000 calories yesterday. I didn't even eat any veggies. I think that was just b/c I was really busy yesterday and didn't get a chance to eat. But still, I have to be careful.
On another note, I cheated on p90x yesterday! I just had to take TKO dance, which combines kickboxing and cardio dance. I still did yoga afterwards, but I felt that I needed something fun to warm me up before I did ALL that stretching.
