My boyfriend and I just went for a game of 🏸 badminton INDOORS and let me tell you I have never enjoyed a game of badminton this much in my life😂 it was so much fun, even though I did lose a few games and fell over twice. It proper for my heart pumping and I’m over the moon that I could keep up with my much thinner partner. Going into gyms or sports centres or even for a run can be so daunting when you’re getting started and self conscious about your looks, level of fitness etc. Having him with me just kept me focused on myself and not once was I worried about the people playing next to us🥳. Hope everyone is feeling ok and happy x
