Reducing carbs because my blood sugars were crap last blood test. Suggested by the diabetic nurse. So far it's going ok on the basis that it's making me look at recipes.
Some exceptions, we're off for a curry Thursday, will eat what I fancy then. Won't not drink but then not going seeking drink at the moment. So plan is only when socialising.
Two weeks in and I need to up the excercise. Still working from home so not as much exercise as when at work.
