First time back at my favourite boxing & HIIT class, shaking with excitement (and fear !) but smashed it and came out feeling strong and energised ! Trainer is Portuguese and will give me some tips for boxing classes in Lisbon !

Also, working out at home every for 30-40 mins has definitely helped keep me fit as this class wasn’t nearly as hard as it used to be ! So it all works I promise 💪🏽
