This isn't as easy as I thought on a holiday weekend but am still recording everything so at least I can see where I'm going wrong.
Am still going to keep it up and get my fit body back!
I suppose having crisps and chocolate on 3 days in a week still isn't too bad so long as I avoid it tomorrow.
