Something very strange happened this weekend, I have tried to get back into the calorie counting, but it's been a bit of a crazy 2 weeks, and quite stressful, so trying to remember calories was difficult, even though I am normally good with numbers. So, this weekend, all I have really seemed to have done is eat bad food like chocolate etc. There was loads of chocolate that the bairns wouldn't eat, and I don't like waste lol. So felt a bit depressed looking at myself, thought I would weigh myself to see how much weight I had put on. I have only gone and lost 1/2 kg!!! Maybe it was the over 20 ton of weights I pushed in a 2 hour gym session a few days ago, who knows...
116,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,2 kg.    Sisa: 4,8 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
