Had to weigh-in a day early due to tomorrow's very busy schedule. Very pleasantly surprised to see a drop. I needed this so much. I hope it will continue in this direction as I've been hovering here for what feels like forever. Also, I'd like to just say how excited I am about a book I just read - Skinny Bitch. It has completely changed my outlook on 'diets' and what food does to your body. I'm excited to try this and see where it takes me. I'm hoping going home for a week won't leave me forgetting this enthusiasm.
