This is bad realy really bad last day on Steriods feeling much better but oh my I'm not stepping on the scale 3 weeks of this definetly set me back I'm afraid to know how much

Yes increase appetite like crazy even the biggest will power breaks 😔 doctors say eat healthy but you don't crave healthy on it and even if you do not a normal portion size so yea🤷‍♀️

it will all level out. please don't beat yourself up. those steroids are brutal. totally understandable and not your fault.

Yeah, I’ve have plenty of procedures on my back! Steroids mess you up! And play heck with the scale even if you eat nothing!! It’s the nature of the beast. Hope it helps at least. Please don’t feel bad.

If it makes you feel better, I’m not on steroids and ate way more than that. 😜 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

Yikes, to be eating and trying to be good to steroids and wanting everything in sight, scary!😳 As long as the steroids do you good and make you feel better you’ll catch up no worries - have a wonderful SaturdayTr3!👍😊

Cholesterol lowering took trial and error. I've been using Metamucil, garlic pills, ate oatmeal for breakfast, gave up animal products for 2 months, drastically cut back on oil and anything with oil in it, fried foods. I wasn't happy about it, but I'm glad I did it.

Leelee thanks for the advice maybe my problem is the meat I eat everything with animal product1😏😒 atleast 1 in every meal I did purchase an air fryer a yr ago to cut back on oil but I still use vegan butter and olive oil maybe I should cut those too

Davidsprincess, me too I ate 4000 calories a day before without steroids so I guess it could be worse🤷‍♀️

At least its your last day on it! If you only ate this much a few times you'll be ok! It's when it becomes the norm that it builds up!
