okkkkk, "IT" Box is showing a decrease in the number (153.6), YEA! Whew, I'm am so relieved it did since I was very good this weekend by avoid temptation with the gang here and all the food and going shopping for all the food, seeing all the food BUT I was and AM Strong! AND it is nice pulling a pair of shorts putting them on and not having them be too small & 'cut' me in my middle and legs :-) So I'll keep on keeping on :-)
