Ok, I don't know what was up yesterday but I had the munchies so bad. Luckily, I stocked up on low cal healthy snacks, so I had that. I was bad about chocolate but I didn't go overboard. I couldn't go out much yesterday because of my allergies, so maybe it was just stircrazy.

This morning was beautiful. Upped the 1 mile in the morning, to two miles and I will go for another mile in the evening. My dog did great on the walk too :) We both have winter chub to get rid of.
