This has been a great week! I have been incorporating some WW principles & watching my points closely. I have been staying between 21-24 points on my non-exercise (work) days & about 27 points on exercise days. Obviously, my body is liking it because the weight has fallen off this week! Therefore, I am going to keep up this track!

I went for a run outside yesterday since the weather is so nice this weekend! It was tough! I mean it was really tough! I am training for the 5K that my hubby & I are running on April llth. From what I experienced yesterday, my body needs lots of training! It was much more enjoyable for me to run on the treadmill @ the gym, but I know that I have to run outside to get ready for the 5K. I just kept pushing myself to finish it & I did! WHEW! Not looking forward to doing that again! :S

Since I haven't measured myself in months, I thought I would measure this morning.
Neck: 13in.
Bust: 37.25in. (33)
Upperwaist: 30in.
Waist: 32in.
Hips: 38.5in.
Thighs: 22in.

That totals a loss of 1/4in. since October 2008. Not much, but I will take that loss! ;) My clothes fit the same. Actually, they fit better at this weight (156) than they do @ 162.


On a closing note, I read this today on Devotions for dieters. I hope that it reaches you like it did me ...

Our confidence comes from the Lord. It comes from no-where else. All we need do is look at the example of our blessed Lord, and we will see that He alone gives the kind of strength necessary to meet every challenge. The things He overcame cause our dieting efforts to pale in comparison. If Christ is truly our Lord and Master, then we will have confidence enough to succeed.
