Gahhh, went to meet up with some old coworkers today and fell off the wagon. Eating out is going to be a problem area, I can tell. Oh well, lesson learned. Tomorrow, I go back to being a good girl. Good night, everyone!

I've learned to modify restaurant menus so I can create if I have to acceptable foods. Don't be shy to ask for changed to meals they make so you can stay on tract. And so far no restaurant has said not my weird requests at time. Doing that is better than having one meal set you back.
