So I check my scale once a week on Friday’s, last week I weighed in at 215, I was loosing about 2 pounds a week, today i weighed in at 2010... that’s 5 pounds in 1 week. I checked the scale with a 20 pound dumbell and it wasn’t off. Any ideas?? Or just great progress?
95,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 23,1 kg.    Sisa: 4,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I check my weight fail, but I saw over a 15 period at the beginning of the month I was within 100 grams on the last day as I was on the first day, but bounced a bunch in the middle. Then, over the next 5 days I dropped each day to total 2kgs down. sometimes the body does what the body does. By only measuring once a week, it is very possible the week before was just a high day.

Things fluctuate a lot when it comes to pounds. Some weeks we don’t lose, others, we lose 5 pounds. I plateaued for months and months, doing mostly the right things, and then my body lost a few pounds in a week. The body is a very interesting machine - my doctor told me that when we lose weight, especially at the beginning, the body sees it almost like a threat, as if it thinks we’re in survival mode, so it hangs on to everything it can.
